Transparency Notice. NFTnize.io, its founders, investors, management, affiliates, and employees are not the owners, or the holders of the actual AlienCarvings physical art pieces and artifacts, therefore we cannot nor claim to know of their true origin, archeological value, authenticity, or that they are true ancient relics of the past beyond what they currently present which are ART creation of an artist of either the past, present or both. What we can authenticate is that NFTnize.io in-house and contracted artists use these objects as an inspiration to create the imageries that we mint/NFTnize into NFTs of the official AlienCarvings Collection. Also, most of these art pieces that are unearthed from the Mexico Tula Regions and other parts of the world have not yet or cannot be carbon dated because they are made from stone and inorganic clay/mud and contain no organic materials. This is the reason why the archeologist, and the scientist still don't know for sure how old the Great Sphinx of Giza Egypt, or the true age of the pyramids are, or the age of the Stonehenge and such discoveries. However scientists can make educated guesstimates when carbon date organic materials is found in the tombs such as the mummified mummies, grains, glue, amber, wood etc. The physical pieces of the AlienCarvings are owned and are in possession of their respectful collectors, the physical location of these pieces is unknown to NFTnize.io, its founders, affiliates, management, and employees. The identity of the collectors is not known and/or cannot be disclosed publicly bound by the agreement and licensing terms between the parties, and for the projects contributors protection. The images, photos and illustrations of these objects are licensed exclusively to NFTnize.io by the collectors around the world that have reach out to us providing NFTnize with an exclusive worldwide NFT minting rights and distribution that is granted and entrusted to NFTnize.io authorizing NFTnize.io to create the NFTs, market, sell and distribute worldwide, which NFTnize.io license may be terminated or revoked according to its terms at any time without public notice. In simple term in the event that the NFTnize.io license is revoked (in cases that our sources no longer provide us with the images), we believe that this event will contribute to the rarity of already minted and sold NFTs as no more NFTs of the AlienCarvings series can be minted by NFTnize.io, therefore the NFTs that are already minted/NFTnized and sold will be the only NFTs available on the market, this is very similar to when a famous artist is no more, so the value of their already created art usually goes to the moon, based on rarity, and supply and demand models.
